Terms of Service

Welcome to ARC Raiders Wanted Board. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By linking your Raider ID and using ARC Raiders Wanted Board, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including those who contribute content, reports, and votes.

2. Platform Purpose

ARC Raiders Wanted Board is a community-driven betrayal tracking system for ARC Raiders. Our purpose is to:

• Document betrayals and griefing incidents in extraction missions
• Enable community voting on reported behavior
• Track repeat offenders through the reputation system
• Provide a blacklist for players to check before forming teams
• Foster accountability in the ARC Raiders community

Important: We are not affiliated with Embark Studios. We have no authority over in-game enforcement. Reports on our platform do not result in official game bans.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Raider ID Linking

You must link a valid ARC Raiders player ID to use our platform. By linking your Raider ID, you confirm that:

• The Raider ID belongs to you
• You will not impersonate other players
• You will not create multiple accounts to manipulate the system

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session tokens. Do not share your session cookies or tokens with others. We use HTTP-only cookies for security, but you should log out on shared devices.

3.3 Multi-Device Access

You may link the same Raider ID on multiple devices. Each device receives its own session token with a 30-day expiry.

4. Community Guidelines

4.1 Posting Reports

When posting a report, you must:

• Be truthful: Reports must be accurate and based on real incidents
• Provide evidence: Include screenshots, videos, or detailed descriptions
• Be specific: Include server name, map, date/time, and player details
• Stay on-topic: Reports should relate to betrayals in extraction missions (team killing, stealing loot, abandoning teammates, etc.)
• No witch hunts: Focus on behavior, not personal attacks

4.2 Voting on Reports

When voting on reports:

• Vote based on evidence and merit, not personal bias
• Do not coordinate vote manipulation or brigading
• Higher reputation users have more voting weight
• Your votes are permanent and contribute to your reputation

4.3 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• False reports: Submitting fabricated or misleading reports
• Harassment: Using the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Spam: Posting duplicate or irrelevant reports
• Vote manipulation: Creating multiple accounts to vote
• Revenge reporting: Retaliatory reports without merit
• Doxxing: Sharing personal information without consent
• Hate speech: Discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, etc.
• Commercial use: Using the platform for advertising or commercial purposes

5. Reputation System

5.1 How Reputation Works

Reputation is earned through positive contributions:

• +5 points: Posting a quality report that gets upvoted
• +2 points: Voting in agreement with community consensus
• +10 points: Having a report lead to a bounty claim
• -10 points: Posting reports that get heavily downvoted
• -50 points: False reporting or harassment

5.2 Reputation Tiers

Your reputation determines your tier:

• Untrusted: Below 0 (cannot post or vote)
• Newcomer: 0-49 (limited posting, normal votes)
• Known: 50-199 (full access)
• Trusted: 200-499 (1.5x vote weight)
• Veteran: 500-999 (2x vote weight)
• Legend: 1000+ (3x vote weight, platform privileges)

6. Blacklist System

6.1 Auto-Blacklist Triggers

Players are automatically blacklisted if they meet any of the following criteria:

• 3 or more reports with 80%+ upvote ratio
• Reputation drops below -100
• Report voted "severe violation" by 5+ Trusted users

6.2 Blacklist Permanence

Blacklists are permanent and cannot be appealed. The system is designed to be community-driven and final. Before posting a report, ensure it is accurate and fair.

6.3 Blacklist Usage

Server administrators may use our blacklist as a reference when making admin decisions. We provide an API endpoint for automated checking. Server admins are not obligated to enforce blacklists.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 User Content

By posting reports, evidence, or comments, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and use your content for platform operation. You retain ownership of your content.

7.2 Platform Content

The design, code, and features of ARC Raiders Wanted Board are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform code without permission.

7.3 ARC Raiders Assets

ARC Raiders and related assets are trademarks of Embark Studios. We use these references under fair use for informational purposes only.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 No Warranty

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of information.

8.2 Community-Driven Content

Reports and votes are user-generated. We do not verify every report. You use the information at your own risk.

8.3 No In-Game Authority

We have no affiliation with game administrators or developers. Reports on our platform do not result in official in-game bans or enforcement.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: false reports, reputation loss, blacklisting, or defamation claims.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

9.1 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, including reports, comments, or profiles.

9.2 Account Suspension

Violations of these Terms may result in:

• Reputation penalties
• Temporary or permanent suspension
• Removal from the platform
• Blacklisting

9.3 Appeals

Content removal or account actions may be appealed through our Discord server. Blacklist decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) rules.
