You provide the following information when linking your Raider ID:

• Display Name: Your chosen username (required)
• Home Server: Your primary ARC Raiders server (optional)
• Favorite Map: Your preferred ARC Raiders map (optional)
• Discord Handle: Your Discord username for contact (optional)

1.3 Activity Data

We automatically track your platform activity including:

• Reports you post
• Votes you cast on reports
• Reputation score changes
• Session timestamps and device information (for security)

1.4 Technical Data

We collect standard technical information:

• IP address (for captcha verification and abuse prevention)
• Browser type and version
• Device type (for session management)
• Access times and page views

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Platform Operation: To provide and maintain the wanted board, voting system, and reputation tracking
• Authentication: To verify your identity and manage your sessions across devices
• Community Safety: To prevent abuse, detect fraud, and enforce blacklists
• Communication: To allow other users to contact you via Discord (if you provide it)
• Analytics: To understand platform usage and improve features

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 Public Information

The following information is publicly visible to all platform users:

• Your Raider ID
• Display name
• Home server and favorite map
• Discord handle (if provided)
• Reputation score
• Number of reports posted, votes cast, and bounties claimed

• Supabase: Database and authentication hosting (see Supabase Privacy Policy)
• Cloudflare Turnstile: Captcha verification to prevent bots
• Vercel: Web hosting and CDN services

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our platform, users, or others.

4. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data:

• Session Tokens: Hashed with SHA-256 and stored securely
• HTTP-Only Cookies: Prevents JavaScript access to session cookies
• SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted over HTTPS
• Row Level Security (RLS): Database policies restrict data access
• No Passwords: We don't store passwords, reducing breach risk

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Profiles: Stored indefinitely unless you request deletion
• Reports: Retained permanently for community safety records
• Sessions: Automatically expire after 30 days of inactivity
• Logs: Technical logs retained for 90 days for security purposes

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update your profile information at any time
• Deletion: Request account deletion (reports remain for safety)
• Opt-Out: Remove optional information like Discord handle

Our platform is intended for ARC Raiders players aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. International Users

Our servers are hosted by Supabase (AWS infrastructure). By using our platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
